Sky Sherer is a sound artist born and raised in New York City. They received their BA from Bard College, where they studied electronic music, recording techniques, electro-acoustic performance, and sculpture. Since graduating in 2020, they returned to NYC to as an audio engineer and sound designer for theater, dance, film, podcasting and advertising. Other endeavors past and present include classical and folk guitar, vocal performance, songwriting, composition for film, live sound engineering, electronics fabrication, and performance art. They are currently developing a new body of sound sculpture work.
